Volunteer Walk Leader Coordinator

The Role

We’re looking for a warm, organised human to support and coordinate our brilliant volunteer Walk Leaders. You’ll help keep walks running smoothly, make sure leaders feel supported and valued, and play a key role in growing safe, inclusive spaces for mental health and connection.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming and supporting Walk Leaders
  • Helping organise walk schedules and cover
  • Keeping in touch with leaders through check-ins and updates
  • Supporting simple admin (records, attendance, feedback)
  • Helping ensure walks are safe, accessible and inclusive
  • Being a friendly point of contact when leaders need support

Skills

This role might suit you if you:

  • Enjoy supporting people and keeping things organised
  • Care about mental health, inclusion and community
  • Communicate kindly and clearly
  • Are happy using email, WhatsApp and basic online tools
  • Can occasionally attend walks across Hampshire
