Volunteer Project Manager

Help shape the future of a growing mental health charity.

Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health is looking for an enthusiastic Volunteer Project Manager to help turn ideas into action. As our charity continues to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, coordinating people, and helping projects move forward.

Working closely with our Project Leader, you'll help oversee a variety of initiatives, from volunteer development and fundraising to marketing campaigns, community events and new partnerships.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating projects from idea to delivery
  
• Helping prioritise tasks and keep projects on track
  
• Liaising with volunteers, trustees and partner organisations
  
• Supporting meetings, action plans and follow-up
  
• Helping improve systems and processes as the charity grows
  
• Providing support to the Project Leader across a range of exciting initiatives

Skills

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised, proactive and a good communicator
  
• Comfortable coordinating people and managing priorities
  
• A natural problem solver who enjoys making things happen
  
• Passionate about mental health and community
  
• Happy working independently while being part of a supportive team

Project management experience is helpful but not essential. If you're organised, enthusiastic and enjoy bringing people together to achieve a common goal, we'd love to hear from you.
