Veterans Afternoon Tea Club Volunteers

We are launching a very special and unique new Club for Veterans living with dementia in the heart of the local community.

The Veterans Afternoon Tea Club meets once a month on the 1st Thursday in West End at 2pm - 3.30pm and we welcome Veterans from the community to come and enjoy delicious tea and cake and chat with each other, share memories of their times in service and make new memories.

This is a lovely and unique volunteering opportunity ideally for someone who serves or has served in the Armed Forces or has service connections.

Our Volunteers find it a joy to give their time to support Veterans living with Dementia and to make new friends.

Dementia Friends training is also provided.
