Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW is an independent local charity providing free emotional and practical support, information and signposting for anyone living with dementia.

We offer support from the first signs of memory loss and throughout the dementia journey for the person with memory loss/dementia, and their family, friends and caregivers.

Our services are delivered face-to-face at weekly support groups located in the heart of the community, on-line via an informational website, on our social media, and over the phone - via a support helpline that is available 9am-5pm Monday-Friday,

Our peer support groups provide purposeful, emotional, physical, social, and practical support and activities to improve and enrich the lives of people living with dementia. We currently have weekly Support & Social Groups in Eastleigh, Fareham, Basingstoke, New Milton, Havant and Ringwood, and monthly Musical Moments Groups in Eastleigh, Fareham, Waterlooville, Sway, Lymington and Lyndhurst.
