Veterans Dementia Support UK is looking for volunteers to help with our Weekly support group in Eastleigh. The groups are made up of Veterans living with Dementia and their loved ones and during the 90 minute sessions we encourage the family members to chat with each other and the veterans have a reminiscing session usually about their service life.
From time to time we will have social events with entertainment and other events.
We also have an annual volunteer awards event to say thank you for everything that our volunteers do.
