What activities will you be involved in as part of this volunteer role?
This can be varied but, in our customer-facing shop roles will typically include:
- Receiving donations, stock sorting and replenishment.
- Merchandising stock and window dressing.
- Serving customers using the till. (This is a mandatory part of the role).
- Being an ambassador for Mountbatten in the local community and answering questions about our work.

- Be physically fit and well enough to operate in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Enjoys meeting and talking to new people.
- Be prepared and willing to be photographed.
- Ability to follow our policies and procedures to keep you, our staff, our patients and our customers safe.
- Ability to represent Mountbatten and our values positivity.
