Do you have an interest in period costumes and customer service?
What are we looking for?
We are looking for volunteers to help us out on Thursdays between 12 noon and 8pm and Saturday's between 10am and 5pm. Maybe you can't commit every week - we are also looking for ad-hoc volunteers to cover when others are unavailable during these times (i.e. for holiday or illness.)
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a welcoming front of house volunteers that has an interest in costume history and fashion.
- People with a creative flair who can support customers through their appointments to find the right outfit for their event?
- Are you good at problem solving?
- Do you have experience handling transactions? Do you learn quickly?
- Perhaps you have some hand sewing skills that you would be happy to use to do repairs to costumes when they are returned? (This is not essential to this role but a skill we are also looking for in the Hampshire Wardrobe.)
- Do you have social media skills? (Again no essential but we are looking for someone who has an interest and skills that could promote us on our social media channel.)

Maybe you've been a seamstress and looking for something a little different but could turn your hand to some repairs. Maybe you'd like to work towards a customer facing role and want to build some experience. Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
