We are looking for volunteers to help run our community Tai Chi class at Otterbourne Hill Community hub, Monday between 1:00 and 2:00pm.
The session is led by a fully trained Tai Chi instructor who takes the class through a series of gentle moves and stretches – great for balance, strength and posture.
Skills
This role requires you to be a confident communicator and a
team player with a positive, calm and welcoming approach. No experience is
required as all training will be provided.
This role allows you to develop at your own pace gaining
experience, skills, confidence and friendships. We provide you with bespoke
training which includes: Induction, safeguarding, health & safety and first
aid. There are also ongoing development opportunities available. We provide
reimbursement of out of pocket expenses, such as travel and undertake an
enhanced DBS check – at no cost to you. All volunteers are automatically
entitled to free Brendoncare community membership, giving you access to a wide
range of services.
