Volunteers for Scouts - 1st Swanmore Scout Group

1st Swanmore Scout Group are looking for leaders to join their Scout Troop team.

Work with young people as you equip them with skills for life and inspire them to grow, or help us behind the scenes and assist in planning a brilliant programme. 

Volunteer flexibly, learn new skills, be part of a team and join the adventure. 

We're looking for volunteers at Scouts (age 10.4 - 14) to support the section in person as well as a behind the scenes programme planner / admin support.

• Good team player, ability to work as part of a team
• Good Communication skill and inter-personal skills
  
• Able to think creatively and solve problems
• Willing to actively design and contribute to the programme planning of the Section
