Fundraising Team Volunteer

Location: Winchester area (meetings can be in person or remote) 
Commitment: Monthly meetings plus support at events

We are a small but vibrant charity supporting adults with learning disabilities in the Winchester area. Our mission is to empower our members to live life to the fullest. 

The Role 

We’re looking to expand our Fundraising Team - an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, creative, and passionate about making a difference. As a member of our team, you’ll help us plan and deliver events that raise vital funds to continue our work within the learning disability and autism community. 

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that aims to raise over £10,000 each year through a range of fun and engaging fundraising activities. 

What You’ll Do 

• Attend monthly team meetings (in person or online) 
• Help plan and organise charity fundraising events 
• Support with event setup and pack-down 
• Build relationships with local businesses and supporters 
• Share creative ideas for new fundraising opportunities 

Skills

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities
• A creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into action 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Confidence to engage with local businesses and community members 
• Some fundraising experience is desirable, but not essential - enthusiasm is!
