New Forest Mencap shop in New Milton provides an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to meet people in a worthwhile and busy environment. This is a voluntary position with flexible times available. Most of our volunteers do 1-2 sessions a week.
The tasks involved will include dealing with the public, cash handling, and replenishment of sale items from stock, accepting suitable donations of goods from donors and generally contributing to the success of the shop.
Anyone interested must be aged 18 or over and be comfortable handling money. References would be required.
