The New Milton Gateway Club meets on a Tuesday evening during term time from 7-9pm at the Nedderman Centre, Marryat Road, New Milton BH25 5NY.
We also have a social club on Saturdays 2-4 pm.
The programmes are created to provide a broad range of social activities for adults with learning disabilities who enjoy meeting friends and developing self confidence in a safe and supported environment. Activities include crafts, sports, quizzes and occasionally outings such as bowling at a local alley or walking/cycling.
Duties include supporting members during activities and visits. There is no personal care involved but a patience and a good sense of humor is essential.
Subject to DBS check.
