Unit 12's Community Clothes Pantry enables local people to get clothes at an affordable price. We hope to reduce landfill by reusing and repairing clothes.
Our Community Clothes Pantry Assistants are a vital part of the pantry operation and assist the pantry in a variety of ways, including:
- supporting users with their clothes shop.
- managing and updating stock on shelves.
- signposting users to additional support.
This role is a great way to meet people and contribute to the wellbeing of our users. The Clothes Pantry is open for 3 mornings a week on a Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays.
We occasionally need help with washing, ironing and labelling clothes at your home so if you would like to help but not be client facing, we have plenty for you to do!
