Fundraising Help!

At Hammersley Homes, our mission is to provide permanent support for adults who live with enduring mental health challenges and struggle with daily life, to fill a gap in available services for this vulnerable group.

We are looking for enthusiastic fundraising volunteers to help us:

  • In this role you will organise and manage fundraising events.
  • You will have the opportunity to share fundraising ideas then put those ideas into action.
  • As well as assisting with the running of events, we encourage you to share your passion for our charity and promote our work to the public at the event. Fundraising also means knowing and understanding our work and aims, and passing that information on to others.

Skills

Skills and experience required or could be developed in this role:

  • Enthusiasm, commitment and ability to work well as team
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with the public
  • Fundraising
