Do you enjoy using social media and want to make a real difference in the community?
The Chandlers Ford Stroke Support Group is looking for someone to join their friendly volunteer team in a primarily remote role (1-2 hours a week) that can be done from home. We are urgently looking for someone to help us manage our very out-of-date Facebook Group page and website, and who is confident using social media to develop regular posts to engage members of our support group and supporters online. Some knowledge about the impact of stroke is helpful, but not absolutely necessary.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and update our Facebook and website content. There is an option to build a new website.
- Using creative thinking to develop and post content that boosts our group's visibility in the community and informs followers about stroke prevention.
- Support the team in reaching more stroke survivors and volunteers.
