Hours - ideally same 2 hours per week or fortnightly between Monday - Friday
What will I be doing?
You will provide support both on a one-to-one basis and group sessions in a relaxed, informal environment. The aim of the role is to provide person-centred support which is learner-led and at a pace to suit the individual. You will guide them through the steps needed to get online and gain confidence on their devices. This could involve setting up a member’s device for the first time; helping them to connect to Wi-Fi; enabling them to get online safely and securely; helping them to take and share photos and videos or ongoing support to help them get the most out of their device.
When and where will the volunteering take place?
This role can be undertaken at our location Brendoncare Alton, community HUB, Adams way, Alton
We have volunteering opportunities available during Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

We provide you with bespoke training which includes: Induction, safeguarding and delivery of digital coaching skills. There are also ongoing training, development and support available.
