Volunteer Receptionist/Meet and Greet

We are seeking friendly and reliable volunteers to join our team as receptionists and greeters. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on our residents, visitors, and staff.

Role Overview:

• Location: Ashley House Care Home
• Hours: Flexible hours between 9am and 5pm, including weekends. Any availability is appreciated!
• Responsibilities:
  • Cover the reception desk, welcoming visitors and residents.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and residents.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
