Sales Manager

To manage the sales of our Christmas and Greeting cards sold through our online shop, at events and through other organisations:

  1. To respond to online enquiries.
  2. To package and dispatch online orders for cards.
  3. To maintain an Excel spreadsheet of orders, designs, date dispatched, postage and other records e.g. certificate of posting.
  4. To invoice 3rd parties for any cards sold.
  5. To manage stock control and re-order.
  6. To help develop the DPV range and introduce new products and designs.
  7. To observe our Volunteers’ Code of Conduct.

Skills

Qualities:

Well organised and detail orientated.

Interested in retail, design and building a brand.

Skills:

  • Data entry / Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Stock control.
  • Marketing.
  • Basic bookkeeping

Other requirements:

  • Able to take small parcels e.g. a jiffy bag with a pack of 7 greeting cards and a compliment slip to a Post Office
  • Able to store stock of cards at home.
  • Lived experience of a disability.
