Group Volunteer

• Welcome attendees warmly and help set up the group space before sessions.
• Support participants during group activities such as arts, crafts, music, reminiscence, or gentle exercise.
• Encourage conversation, inclusion, and positive interaction among attendees.
• Prepare and serve refreshments where needed (following hygiene guidelines).
• Assist with tidying up and resetting the venue after sessions.
• Observe and report any wellbeing concerns or changes in attendees to staff.
• Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Be an ambassador for Recapture Life’s values of dignity, kindness, and empowerment.
