Office Administrator

The volunteer role involves assisting Age Concern New Forest's staff to ensure the smooth running of the organisation to promote Age Concern New Forest's services and activities for older people.

The role Involves:

  • Photocopying, laminating
  • Assisting the office staff with the general day-day running of the office
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Answering telephone calls and passing messages to the relevant person
  • To work individually and as part of a team
  • Adhering to relevant Age Concern policies and procedures, such as confidentiality, health and safety and equal opportunities

Full training will be given to all volunteers and will include the use of necessary equipment and basic day to day duties.
