Office Administration Volunteer

George's Rockstars is a growing children's charity supporting children and their families facing serious illness, disability or mental health crisis in hospitals across Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset through music therapy. 

We have a small fundraising team based in our office in Park Gate, Hampshire, near Southampton. We are looking for a volunteer to help support the team with administration tasks at our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks such as managing emails, updating databases, organising documents etc. 

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable with basic IT systems such as email, spreadsheets, and document management. Attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in are key, along with a friendly and proactive approach.

In return, you’ll gain valuable experience in the charity sector, develop administrative and organisational skills, and be part of a passionate team making a real difference to children and families in hospital.
