Leaders, Assistant Leaders - Milford & Keyhaven

As a Scout Leader you will be involved in the planning and delivery of sessions (usually term time only).

Activities vary from den building, crabbing, arts & crafts, cooking, hiking, camping, swimming, sailing, kayaking and various games.

The Scout leader will be responsible for organising the other adult volunteers to assist and deliver the programme and support the young people in the group.

Some activities carried out will be working towards earning badges whilst other tasks will be just for fun.

There will be some essential training to undertake that is mainly online learning. On going training will also be provided and the opportunity to earn qualifications in some skilled activities, if of interest.

A DBS check will be carried out.

No previous Scouting experience is needed, just enthusiasm, good communication skills, an ability to work with young people and a team of adult volunteers.
