Information & Advice Volunteer

Information & Advice volunteer required.

The information office is open to the public Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm.

The Volunteer Role involves assisting Age Concern new Forest staff to ensure the smooth running of the Information and Advice Service.

  • Assisting the Information and Advice Manager in keeping up to date information and literature available for the public.
  • Assisting with dealing with enquiries from the public.
  • Assisting in keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
  • Photocopying, filling and general admin duties as required

Full training will be given to all volunteers and will include the use of necessary equipment and basic day to day duties.
