Support young people who care for someone in their family-give them a break, a chance to access emotional support, experience new things and have fun.
Our Young Carers Exploration Programme is a specialist programme designed to support Young Carers to explore their caring role, their identity and how to cope with life challenges.
You will support by helping supervise the young people and encouraging them to get involved in the activities on offer. You will provide a listening ear for those young people who need to talk and act as a role model.
