Are you friendly and welcoming?

As a Volunteer Greeter with Fledge, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors to our new office. Your warm and approachable presence will help ensure that everyone feels comfortable, informed, and directed to the right place. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional first impression of Fledge, setting the tone for the support and care we provide.

About Fledge

Founded in 2014, Fledge is a supported accommodation charity based in Eastleigh, dedicated to helping vulnerable and homeless young adults build brighter futures. We provide:

• A safe and stable home environment
• Holistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed support
• Skills training and engaging activities to build confidence and independence

With several residential properties and a central hub in Eastleigh, our team—including staff, volunteers, and our trainee therapy dog, Willow—offers both one-to-one and group support to empower young people to thrive.
