As a Volunteer Administration Assistant with Fledge, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. From managing records and preparing documents to assisting with communications and general admin tasks, your contribution will help keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values structure and wants to make a real difference behind the scenes.

About Fledge

Founded in 2014, Fledge is a supported accommodation charity based in Eastleigh, dedicated to helping vulnerable and homeless young adults build brighter futures. We provide:

• A safe and stable home environment
• Holistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed support
• Skills training and engaging activities to build confidence and independence

With several residential properties and a central hub in Eastleigh, our team—including staff, volunteers, and our trainee therapy dog, Willow—offers both one-to-one and group support to empower young people to thrive.
