This role involves helping prepare the space, spending time engaging with residents through conversation and activities, and supporting staff to ensure sessions run smoothly.

• Welcome residents and help create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere
• Spend time chatting with residents and getting to know them
• Join in with simple activities such as board games, crafts, or conversations
