We are looking for someone to support local people living with Motor Neurone Disease.
In this role you would be part of a small team who have a small caseload of people they supportĀ emotionally and practically.
The role would mean checking in with people on a monthly basis by Phone, email or home visits, whatever their preference is.
We ensure they know what the MND Association offers in way of support and signpost to the Health and Social care professionals involved in their care if we see any issues.
Its a role about being there for them if they need it.
