Administration Support Volunteer - Home or Office Based

Can you spare a couple of hours a week (or more if you have time) to help us manage the growing number of administration tasks needed to run our projects?

New Forest Aquaponics runs several projects, including the Blackfield Store, a membership based shopping offer open to everyone in our community.

As our projects grow in popularity, so does the admin! We are looking for someone to help us input information into Plinth, which is the on-line system we use to manage our memberships. It is important we get the right information in each week, to produce what we need to report to our funders. You will also help with other admin tasks and help organise us, so that the projects run smoothly. 

If you are passionate about the environment, you will love what we do!

Skills

  • We need an organised person who loves order, putting systems in place and keeping records up to date and accurate. 
  • No previous experience needed, we will support you whilst you get to grips with Plinth and our many projects. 
  • As long as you enjoy admin tasks, we would love to have a chat with you and tell you more about our projects.
