The council also coordinates a Wellbeing walks programme, which was formally known as Walking to health.
Wellbeing walks vary from 10 - 90 minutes maximum, and most walk have a shorter option available.
The walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders and many of our regular walks have been going for years! New walkers are always welcomed as well as any one wanting to become a walk leader
