Volunteer Ambassador

What is involved:

• We are looking for friendly and passionate volunteers to be our voice, to help us primarily raise awareness of our Puppy Parent role and our charity in your local area.
• You will be our eyes and ears to attend and organise local events in your community.
• Distribute literature/leaflets and identify locations to place posters local to you.
• You will have fun, meet others, make new friends as well as talking about the difference our amazing charity makes and why it is so important, helping us to raise vital funds and promote our volunteering opportunities.
• This opportunity can involve anything from a few hours each month (or whatever you can spare).
• This opportunity is a flexible role so can fit around your free time and personal commitments.
• No experience is needed, just lots of enthusiasm

Skills

What we require from you:

  18 years (16 & 17 year olds with parental/carer consent)

  Enthusiastic, organised, confident and motivated

  knowledge of our charity and volunteer opportunities

  Work as part of a team

  Storage area for small box of resources, banner and folding table Volunteer Ambassador 

Support and Training:

o Reimbursement of pre-approved expenses if requested

 o Invitation to join our Official Canine Partners Community Facebook Group

 o A point of contact who will support you in your role

 o Money handling process

 o Volunteer clothing and ID badge
