Activity volunteers to help young carers in Blackfield

Here at Honeypot, we have groups of 12 young carers, aged between 5 and 12 years old, throughout weekends (school term time) and in school holidays most week days. We play, build dens, bake, have fun with arts and crafts, and many other amazing and fun activities during the day. At night playing cards and board games with bedtime stories are the bedtime routine.

We are flexible on days, times and would love to hear for you, even if its only a few hours a day/week/month.

Skills

• Enjoyment of making a meaningful impact, with fun laughter and a lot of glitter!
• Enjoy being with young children aged 5-12 years and happy to play, listen and talk to a wide diverse group.
• To be able to share a skill or enjoy a new activity with a small group.
