Treasurer

Gosport Heritage Open Days (HODs) are looking for an enthusiastic individual willing to join our friendly committee. We are passionate about the heritage of the Borough. Our role is to oversee the organisation of the successful annual HODs festival which offers a wide range of tours, events and activities that showcases the Borough’s local history and culture. We operate to ensure that Gosport HODs are run effectively and sustainably every year. 

As Treasurer, you will have specific responsibilities that are required including:

• Oversight of the Gosport HODs Bank Account
•  Produce an annual budget
•  Manage the Expenses Process
•  Manage Incoming Donations
• Provide a periodic “Treasurers Report” to the committee

Skills

Comfortable with basic use of MS Excel. 

Attention to detail when it comes to completeness and accuracy of data.
