Could you drive our minibus? We are in need of volunteer minibus drivers to drive once or twice a month. We provide much needed transport to our lunch club on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and transport into town on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Pick ups are in and around Petersfield. This enables many isolated older people to get out and about.
Currently we are particularly looking for a driver to join our Friday rota due to us starting a new service.
Most drivers pick one of these runs and drive every 3-4 weeks so it is not too onerous. We also have a programme of outings where you could volunteer to drive for some of these too.
Our passengers are so appreciative of this service. We would provide a full induction and MIDAS training.
Skills
You would need to have a good standard of driving, and a friendly and helpful approach.

18+ and under age 70 unless have retaken a medical to get driving license re-approved. - DBS check required
