Social Media Volunteer

Location: Remote (with occasional in-person opportunities in Portsmouth / Gosport)

Time commitment: Approx. 2–3 hours per week (flexible)

About Us:

Think Big Do Bigger CIC is a creative community organisation that uses art, reflection, and storytelling to inspire authentic wellbeing. Our projects include mindful art workshops, Black Out Poetry, heritage-based community projects, and reflective practice for workplaces. We work with diverse communities to create safe, creative spaces where people can connect, express themselves, and feel heard.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Volunteer to help us tell our story online and share the impact of our work with the wider community.

As our Social Media Volunteer, you will:

• Create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  
• Share workshop highlights, participant stories (with consent), and upcoming events
  
• Help shape and grow our online presence
  
• Experiment with creative content (images, reels, short videos, graphics)
  
• Support with scheduling and basic analytics (what’s working / what’s not)

Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone creative with an eye for storytelling
  
• Confident using Instagram, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn
  
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar) would be a bonus
  
• Reliable and able to give a couple of hours a week
  
• Passionate about creativity, wellbeing, or community
