Shop Assistant - Ringwood

We are a local charity devoted to helping older people have the best life they can. We do this through an information and advice service and a befriending scheme.

In our shops we sell a wide range of goods with the emphasis on clothing and footwear.

As a volunteer you will help us to create a well-presented shop where customers get great service. You will sort and size stock, be on hand to help customers with their purchases and use the till. We are a small team so you will be very much hands on and expected to take part in a wide range of tasks all dedicated to our main aim.

Skills

Whilst an advantage, retail experience is not essential. More important is a highly organised approach to your work, an ability to work well within our team and of course an ability to make our customers feel special whenever they come into our store. A good sense of humour would also help!

Hours can be very flexible. Why not pop into the shop and see what you think, do say hello to one of the team and let them know you are interested.
