Cub Scout Volunteers (Ringwood)

Ringwood Scout Group is looking for volunteers to come and help with their 8-10 year old Cub Scouts sessions on Tuesdays 18:00 to 19:30 (term time only).

Based in their headquarters in Ringwood the Cubs get to do lots of different activities throughout the year. These include hikes, camping, archery, games, cooking, first aid, and map reading. Whilst having fun and learning skills for life.

You do not need previous experience just a willingness to get stuck in and join in the fun. A DBS and training will be provided. On-going training will be available and the opportunity to earn qualifications in some skilled activities if of interest.

We can offer flexible volunteering opportunities so if you cannot come every week please do not let this put you off.

Skills

  • You will be a confident communicator who is able to work as part of a team
