We are looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to support our creative wellbeing workshops across Portsmouth and Gosport.
Our sessions use Mindful Art and Black-Out Poetry to help people slow down, reflect, and connect in a calm, welcoming environment. You don’t need to be an artist or a facilitator — this role is about supporting people, not fixing them.

- Offering gentle support with creative activities if needed

Where support is needed

- Monthly Mindful Art groups (Gosport)
- One-off events and pop-up workshops
- Ad hoc sessions with partner organisations
You can volunteer weekly, monthly, or occasionally — we’ll work around your availability.
