Creative Workshop Volunteers (Mindful Art & Community Projects)

We are looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to support our creative wellbeing workshops across Portsmouth and Gosport.

Our sessions use Mindful Art and Black-Out Poetry to help people slow down, reflect, and connect in a calm, welcoming environment. You don’t need to be an artist or a facilitator — this role is about supporting people, not fixing them.

What you’ll be doing

  • Helping set up and pack away sessions
  • Welcoming participants and helping them feel at ease
  • Offering gentle support with creative activities if needed
  • Being a calm, non-judgemental presence
  • Occasionally helping with refreshments

Where support is needed

  • Weekly Mindful Art sessions (Portsmouth)
  • Monthly Mindful Art groups (Gosport)
  • One-off events and pop-up workshops
  • Ad hoc sessions with partner organisations

You can volunteer weekly, monthly, or occasionally — we’ll work around your availability.
