Coordinator

Botley NeighbourCare (BNC) are a registered charity that provides volunteer transport to medical appointments for those who find themselves unable to get to them by any other means. BNC clients contact us at all times of the day to book medical transport for their appointments and we do our utmost to fulfil their request.  We can provide alternative telephone numbers to other organisations that may be able to help if our drivers aren't available.

This role requires a person to be able to take phone calls (BNC phone provided), log the requests, circulate emails noting the requests to BNC volunteer drivers and update our calendar accordingly in a timely manner.

All our volunteer roles are carried out from home, there is no main office.

The phone doesn't have to be monitored all day, just checking in every now and then will suffice.
