Rowner Renewal Community Events Association (RRCEA) is a volunteer-led community group in Gosport reviving the historic Rowner Carnival and delivering inclusive events, creative workshops, and heritage projects. Working with residents, schools, and partners, RRCEA promotes local pride, youth engagement, accessibility, and lasting community connections through safe, well-organised, family-friendly year-round celebrations.
