Aerobility is a UK charity that transforms the lives of disabled people through the magic of flight. From our base at Blackbushe Airport, we make aviation accessible to all by providing adapted flying lessons, confidence building programmes, and inclusive aviation experiences that remove barriers and open new possibilities.

We believe that disability should never be a barrier to taking part in aviation. Our work helps people build skills, independence, and self belief, while also supporting the wider industry to become more inclusive through projects such as our Equal Skies initiative.

Whether supporting our flying operations, contributing specialist skills, or helping us deliver innovative projects, volunteers enable us to reach more people and create life changing opportunities.
