Recovery Connections is a charity started in the North East of England in 2008. We support people affected by drug and alcohol issues – and we work to challenge the stigma that surrounds both addiction and the people who’ve been through it.

This is support that welcomes and understands you.

Most of our team have personal experience of addiction and recovery. We understand what it’s like and we know what works (as well as what doesn’t). Which is why we place such value on empathy, honesty, and community

We also believe in recovery that’s visible. That means celebrating your progress. Helping others to see that recovery could work for them, and that it makes life better.
