Lymphoma UK are looking to recruit a voluntary Admin Officer to work closely with the Board of Trustees. This role will ensure that all administrative and office tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a professional standard.
As the Voluntary Admin Officer, your role will be to ensure all administrative tasks are carried out on a weekly basis, maintaining donor and partner relations and general housekeeping to ensure the charity can continue to run smoothly.
This is a part time role which can be completed remotely. We ask that you volunteer 2-4 hours a week during more busy periods for the upkeep of the charity. Experience would be preferred but is not necessary as you will receive training and direction for the role.
Skills
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Building a rapport with our regular donors, managing and replying to correspondence.
- Liaising with our corporate partners to ensure we maintain a good and healthy relationship.
- Booking events with the support of the Trustees.
- Implementation of policy and procedures as required.
