We are seeking a Volunteer Team Leader to help lead our Dementia Support Group in Whiteley on Thursday mornings. This rewarding role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating volunteers, and creating a welcoming environment for people living with dementia and their carers.

Skills

• Lead and coordinate the weekly support group sessions
• Welcome attendees and ensure everyone feels included and supported
• Organise and oversee group activities and refreshments
• Support and guide volunteers during sessions
• Promote a safe, positive, and dementia-friendly atmosphere
• Liaise with the group coordinator and report any concerns

There is a full support network available from our office team and ongoing training and support from day 1.
