Helpers Needed For Fundraising Spring 2018

Would you like to help raise money and awareness to help homeless people in Winchester? We have a number of opportunities for you to get directly involved. Take a look below, and give Lucy a call or email to express your interest.

Wednesday 4th April – 12:00 – 14:00 – Hampshire County Council Offices

Collect small donations from colleagues at Hampshire County Council, and help to promote the  too.

Saturday 14th April – 10:00 – 13:00 / 13:00 – 16:00 – Winchester High Street

Give out leaflets and information about Trinity’s Big Sleep Out to local people who may want to take part.

Saturday 5th May – 10:00 – 13:00 / 13:00 – 16:00 – St Maurice’s Covert

Join us to sell some lovely handmade goodies to members of the public. All money raised will go back into Trinity’s services. Or could you donate anything to be sold? This event is generously supported by Lane, Clark and Peacock.

Friday 11th – Saturday 12th May – BIG SLEEP OUT

If you could help at our biggest fundraising event of the year, we want to hear from you!

Set up – 14:00 – 18:30 – Putting up marquees, signs, tables etc.

During evening celebration 19:00 – 22:30 – Welcome guests, give out cardboard, sell cakes.

Saturday 12th May – Morning Clear up – 07:00 – 09:00 – take down gazebos, clear up the rubbish, remove cardboard.
